GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC) FOR THE HAIR SALON Lumina Hair

1. Appointment booking:

a. Customers can conveniently schedule their appointments online, by phone, or in person at the salon, depending on availability.
b. The binding appointment booking allows us to optimally plan our services.

2. Appointment confirmation:

a. Online appointment bookings will receive immediate confirmation via email.
b. In case of any ambiguities or scheduling conflicts, the customer will be contacted to find a solution.
c. 48 hours before the appointment, an appointment reminder SMS will be sent to the customer, provided the customer's phone number is known.

3. Appointment cancellation, rescheduling or delays:

a. Cancellations and postponements are possible free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment.
b. Late cancellations, postponements, or no-shows will result in the full cost of the booked service being charged.
c. Client delays may result in reduced treatment times or a rescheduled appointment. If the remaining time is insufficient for the booked service, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the original appointment.
d. If we are unable to meet an agreed appointment, we will inform the customer immediately and, if necessary, suggest a short-term postponement or withdrawal from the contract, provided that the contact details provided enable timely notification.

4. Prices and payment terms:

a. The prices listed on the website serve as guidelines. The final prices are calculated based on the actual work involved, unless written offers or agreements exist.
b. Sale items are not marked, but the Lumina Hair team is happy to provide appropriate pricing information.
c. Payments are made immediately after the service has been rendered, in cash or using the payment methods provided by the salon.

5. Services:

a. The salon offers a variety of services, which are listed on our website.
b. Individual requests or adjustments can be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
c. Vouchers can be purchased in the salon. They can be redeemed for purchases of goods and services. If the voucher value is insufficient, the remaining balance can be paid using any of the other payment methods accepted by the salon. Cash payments and credit card payments are not accepted.

6. Disclaimer:

a. The salon is not liable for damage to customers' personal property unless caused by gross negligence on the part of the staff.

7. Warranty:

a. Defects must be reported immediately, but no later than 7 days after the service or purchase.
b. the taç AG reserves the right to repair or refund the goods. The decision rests solely with the Lumina hair Salon.
c. The customer's rejection of an offer for repair constitutes a waiver of any further claims for defects and reimbursement. Failure to respond within 48 hours will also be considered a waiver.
d. If questions posed in advance have not been answered sufficiently or truthfully, we cannot guarantee compatibility and success.

8. Data protection:

a. Customer information will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for internal purposes.
b. Customers have the right to access and correct their personal data.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions:

a. The salon reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Customers will be informed of any changes in a timely manner.
